5 Steps to Self-Love
- Ask yourself, “What’s right about my life?”
- Exhale and say your name to yourself.
- Inhale and say “self-love” to yourself.
- Inhale “self-love,” and exhale your name until you feel relaxed and confident.
- Picture yourself experiencing inner peace with steps 1, 2 and 3, all the time!
